At Neon Pools, every product is made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. This means your order is produced specifically for you — we don't hold inventory, and nothing goes to waste. Orders are shipped directly from Printful's fulfillment network to your door, wherever you are in the world.

We ship to over 100 destinations worldwide. Estimated delivery times listed below begin from the date of fulfillment, not the date of purchase.

All orders require a production period before they ship. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Production time is not included in the estimated delivery windows listed below.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or times of high demand, production times may extend slightly beyond this estimate. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees assessed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are separate from your shipping rate and are not collected by us at checkout. Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. We are unable to predict, control, or reimburse customs charges. If you are unsure about the import regulations in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

For the safety of our customers and compliance with international shipping regulations, we do not ship to certain destinations affected by active conflict, international sanctions, or severely limited carrier infrastructure. Currently unavailable destinations include but may not be limited to: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, and other regions subject to U.S. or international trade restrictions. Domestic (United States) We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100.00 or more. For orders under $100.00, standard shipping is $7.99. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Orders are shipped to all U.S. states and territories with the exception of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau, which are served under a separate shipping zone below.

We understand how frustrating a lost or delayed package can be. If your tracking information has not updated in 15 or more business days (domestic) or 30 or more business days (international), please reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Please note that estimated delivery windows are not guarantees. Delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for automatic refunds or replacements. However, if a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
